What personal data we collect and why we collect it
We collect and retain personal and medical data of each player only when active consent from the user has been given by registering with Nailsea Junior Football Club. This data is held on a spreadsheet offline by those concerned with the running of Nailsea Junior Football Club. This is kept in the strictest of confidence and only for the best interests of the player. The Welfare officer, team coach and manager will be the only people able to view and read the data offline. The records are kept on paper by the coach and manager in the team bag for use during matches and training only, and also when the player is in the care of the coach or manager at any time. We collect this personal and medical data of the player so we can help them when they require medical assistance in their best interests.
After the submission and once your payment is processed, your personal and medical posted data (excluding the credit card related information) is saved by this website into its database.
