Nailsea Juniors recently attended the Somerset FA Annual Awards evening, and we were immensely proud to receive the Respect Club of the Year Award for 2022/23!
This was the introduction to the presentation of the Award.
“This next award goes to a club who have consistently engaged with County FA Respect campaigns and promotes positive behaviour at their club.
Throughout last season, this club was top of the list for the amount of positive matchday experiences – the campaign was widely promoted by the club and it was clear to see from the feedback received that most parents and spectators enjoyed their experience. Most importantly, the players themselves enjoy their football in a safe and positive environment.
They are an England Football Accredited club that provides opportunities for boys and girls to play football across a number of age groups. I’m really pleased to give this club recognition for the work that they do, and continue to provide positive playing experiences for the season’s to come.
Our winner for the RESPECT Club of the Year goes to… Nailsea Junior Youth.”
A great Award for us, recognising the work we ALL do to promote respect in our Club.
